Amanda Carneiro is a personal trainer, fitness nutritionist, and holistic health coach based in Los Angeles, California. Amanda helps clients improve their health, develop sustainable habits, and achieve their goals to be their best, most vibrant selves.
Amanda sought fitness in 2005 to overcome her lifelong battle of depression, anxiety, and an extra 30 pounds. After completely transforming her body and her mind, she realized that transformation spilling over to other areas of her life – career, relationships, and self-worth. She began to help other people transform their lives, as well.
Fitness was only the beginning. Amanda’s journey has continued to evolve to include a more holistic approach. While getting clients the bodies they want, she puts an even stronger emphasis on health and longevity. She believes proper and efficient digestion is the key to not only getting the body they want, but also to preventing all diseases.
Studying the latest research, reading and listening to everything health-related, Amanda uses that knowledge to make individualized recommendations to help her clients lose weight, feel energized, look radiant, and thrive. She loves seeing her clients achieve their goals and see their lives blossom over the course of their work together.
Amanda has written for various health publications, is always busy developing another tasty recipe, and working with an impressive celebrity client list. She received her Personal Trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, along with her Women’s Fitness Specialist and Fitness Nutrition certifications. She is also certified as an Integrative Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is a member of the International Association for Health Coaches.
Holistic Nutrition Sessions
These sessions are all about YOU and includes a review of your medical history, an intake of your nutrition/lifestyle habits, and a discussion of your health and personal goals. You will walk away with tangible recommendations, including meal options and lifestyle suggestions, individually created for you. You will also have the option to continue into a fully individualized nutrition program for 3-6 months, which your consultation fee will be applied to.
Holistic Personal Training
Trainings include a review of your medical history, an intake of your nutrition/lifestyle/exercise habits, and a discussion of your health goals. We'll take your current measurements, weight, and body fat, which will be followed by a physical assessment and short workout session. This will give us a chance to get to know each other to see if it's a good fit. All sessions take place in Glendale, CA.
