I work with clients to help them uncover their deepest desires and then achieve them. We dive deep, look at emotions living in the "shadow" and our relationship with all aspects of our lives. I have a heavy emphasis on "Primary Food" this is the food we don't put in our mouths (relationships, career, spiritual practice, etc) as if all these are in balance, then we are able to make healthier food choices. You can eat all the kale in the world, but if you aren't happy in other aspects or your life, you're not holistically healthy. I use meditation, movement, breathwork, intuitive guidance and my education with herbs and adaptogens to help you feel your best body, mind and spirit. Ready to jump in? Lets do this!

Amrit-Sadhana's work is grounded in her yogic upbringing and love for connecting people to their deepest truths so they can live in joy.
