Meet andrea 

Andrea’s own journey of healing, self-expression and finding purpose led her to discover Breathwork, an active meditation for emotional release, which she now offers as a tool for clarity and breakthrough in business and life. She believes that we all have the power within ourselves to be as amazing as we want to be, once we uncover our truth and tap into our hearts.

Through all of her offerings, Andrea is committed to supporting individuals to transform and reconnect with themselves in order to live their most courageous, confident and connected lives.

She believes breathwork is most effective with some coaching to get specific and clear, to better be able to heal and reprogram past hurts/emotional blocks. She offers digital and in person sessions, hosts her own private breathwork circles monthly and often leads workshops co-hosted with other entrepreneurial women.

The breathwork she facilitates consists of a guided two part breath. Each session (and playlist)! is unique and customized to an individual’s needs and personality. She completed levels 1-3 under David Elliott's Healer Training Program.  



Breathwork Healing Session

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional release through a 3 part breath.  It is efficient, effective and productive. It can change emotional default settings, lifetime patterns of depression, anxiety and addiction, connect you to your intuition, help you tap into your creativity and open your heart to increased gratitude and self-love. We will talk for about 20 – 25 minutes about what needs to shift and heal in your life and then you lay down and I guide you through breathwork healing.
