meet Annie

Annie DiRocco is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) and Holistic Health Coach who also holds a Master of Science in Environmental Studies. Annie completed her nutrition degree at New York University, where she helped develop a farm-to-table intervention program at the pediatric department of NYU Langone Medical Center. She finished her dietetic internship through Sodexo's leadership program, where she spent time implementing wellness workshops and featuring nourishing menu items at Nintendo Headquarters in Seattle, WA.

Annie’s philosophy is influenced from modern evidence-based medical nutrition therapy, environmental science and Ayurvedic lifestyle. She has coached hundreds of clients on a variety of conditions including weight management, diabetes management, stress management, depression, hormonal balancing, digestive healing, and beyond. Given her unique background, Annie understands the deeper connections among food, mind, body and environment. Annie also appreciates cultural nuances that are unlike her own, as she lived in Ecuador for nearly six years and speaks fluent Spanish. Her most recent studies have been in Ayurvedic Medicine, the ancient healing system originating in India, where she derives much of her inspiration for healing modalities.

One-Month Nutritional Wellness Program

This comprehensive program includes one 60-minute initial nutrition consultation, one 45-minute follow-up coaching session, and a detailed meal plan with recipes and a shopping list. I will also create a customized wellness plan targeted to the specific goals set together. Your wellness plan is a work in progress and will evolve over time. In addition to your meal plan, your wellness plan may include a variety of lifestyle recommendations such as mindfulness techniques, readings, culinary applications, supplementation recommendations, and more. You also have access to online and app-based messaging support between sessions.

Customized Meal Plan

Cooking is a cornerstone of health. A customized meal plan is a simple and effective way to motivate you to become more creative and comfortable in the kitchen. Meal plans typically include 15-20 recipes and always come with a shopping list.
