One-to-One Health & Wellness Coaching

OVER THE NEXT 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

- Two 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per month to assist in strategizing against your goals.

- Personalized wellness plan to put your goals into action. - Follow up emails after each session detailing discussion points and actions for progress.

- Voxer support to get your questions answered in real time and to keep you on track and accountable to your goals.

- Grocery store tour, if you are local to Boston (optional: may be replaced with 1-2 coaching sessions).

AS A CLIENT, YOU WILL:

- Understand and reduce your cravings.

- Improve your gut health through personalized plant-based nutrition.

- Discover healthy alternatives to the foods that you love.

- Receive recommendations for supplementation to complement your new lifestyle - Develop strategies for stress reduction and optimal sleep.

- Acquire the skills that you'll need to lead a more vibrant and energized lifestyle.

- Sessions are available in-person or via phone, Skype or Zoom.

Hi there! I’m Ciara, a certified holistic health coach, yoga instructor and plant-based expert living in Boston, MA. Through mindfulness, movement and holistic nutrition, I specialize in helping women to nourish their health naturally by integrating the healing wisdom’s of yoga and plant-based nutrition, so they can learn how to feel more comfortable and more vibrant in their own skin.

As a Scientist by training, my specialized academic and industry knowledge has given me a unique westernized and holistic perspective that aims to create customized wellness approaches, empowering you to find strength in healing your own body. By focusing on bioindividuality, your program will be customized to fit your individualistic needs. I’ll work with you to help make lifestyle changes, while choosing health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results.

My intention is to gently push you in the direction of focusing on your individualistic goals. As a result, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your overall energy, balance, health, and well-being.
