Birth Preparation Physical Therapy
Let's practice for birth! You wouldn't run a marathon without training before-- birth is even more demanding. During this time we will use breathing exercises, meditation exercises, medical yoga and perineal preparation to prepare your mind and body for the demands of labor and birth.
Family Preparation Physical Therapy
If you are ready to start a family, come in for a pelvic health assessment. Using manual therapy my aim is to improve the mobility of soft tissue structures in the pelvis, including the reproductive organs. My intention is to improve circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid to aid in the treatment of both structural and hormonal causes of infertility.
