Keely Semler is a breathwork and meditation teacher. She completed levels 1-3 under David Elliott's Healer Training Program. Using sound as a means to tap into delta and theta states, Keely engages her clients in a space where habits and programming can be reformed. She was awarded a Master's in Public Health from Keck School of Medicine with a concentration in child and family health as it relates to how stress and trauma are stored in the body. Keely has conducted extensive research on transition medicine for the Department of Adolescent Medicine at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. She practices out of her bungalow in Echo Park, leads workshops throughout Los Angeles, and works with clients remotely.
The breathwork consists of a two-part active Pranayama breath followed by a deep guided meditation. Emotion is simply a vibration. Therefore, it is also a sound. Crystal Tones singing bowls are played to allow deeper relaxation and to invite consciousness into your body. The energetic properties of the bowls aide in shifting your awareness to wholeness.

why we love keely
"OK, not to scare you, but breathwork can be intense. A lot can be released in just one session. Personally, I think it's one of the most powerfully transformative healing modalities out there—and it seems so simple! It's my secret weapon, and I think everyone should experience it at least once.
Keely is an incredibly nurturing facilitator, who holds space for her clients in the most beautiful way. Post-session, be prepared for some epic shit to come up: You'll feel clear, strong, and inspired!"
"Keely has a gentle and powerful teaching style. She does a great job tuning into what her clients’ need during a session; whether that is reassurance, that what is unfolding is okay, motivation to keep breathing, or a blanket for cold feet, Keely is on it."
