Intuitive counseling through tarot, feng shui and yoga. Ultimately my goal in all of my offerings is to support you in finding your center and exploring your sphere.

Intuitive Counseling Tarot Session (remote)

In this offering we start by discussing what’s going on in your life: questions you are working on, where you might feel blocked, where things feel great, etc. When life is throwing a lot at us (bad or good!) sometimes it’s hard to really drop in to your center, your truth and access your inner compass. I use tarot as a visual tool to intuitively see what energetic invitations are being offered to you in the present moment that will gently guide you to this centered space so that you can move forward in a way that serves your Highest Self.

Intuitive Feng Shui Floor Plan Reading (remote)

Feng Shui refers to the Chinese philosophical study of our relationship to our environment both man-made and natural. It examines qi patterns within environments, humans, and cosmological forces using complex theoretical systems that have been developed and refined by practitioners over thousands of years. We are all, consciously or not, influenced by the environments we spend time in. Through conscious relationship we can make connections and changes to our external environments that expand and shift our internal landscape. In this 90 minute session we will discuss your life, look at your floor plan through the lense of feng shui analysis, and dive into a discussion on how your home is affecting you. We will work together to create actionable steps to make changes to your home to support the current cycle you are moving through. Intuitive One-on-One Yoga Session

Everyone has personal quirks leading to personal patterns in their body because we all like to use what we do well. Often injuries, illness, and/or discomfort are a result of overusing our strengths. My job is to point out these patterns blind spots... re-route your neurology so that you use your body in a more balanced and efficient way... creating more space to house your spirit. I’ve taught multiple styles of yoga over the past decade, and I draw from all of these traditions at times. However, most sessions I teach Katonah yoga combining taoist theory, hatha yoga, breathwork and meditation... a potent therapeutic blend.
