Yoga is a practice of gathering information for the purpose of self-exploration and self-empowerment. It is a way to practice standing one's ground, igniting the imagination, breaking old habits, and experiencing a revelation. My private lessons include tons of hands-on adjustments, props, and use wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine to help you become more deeply attuned to yourself and your body.
A one-on-one (or small group) lesson focusing entirely on what it is your body needs. I like to use tons of props to help support the body to move current to particular organ networks. Expect tons of hands-on adjustments and movement that makes you feel incredible. Private Meditation: A guided mindfulness-based meditation practice that tethers the imagination to the rhythm of your breath to soothe your central nervous system and remove clutter from the mind.
