  • What is the modality that you offer virtually on Holisticism?

  • Describe the modality and why it’s helpful to people.

  • What is your specialty, or what can people expect to see after an appointment. (i.e. “I’m a nutritionist that specializes in gut health, and after 4-6 weeks my clients get their digestion back to normal and flowing freely.”)

Subscriptions and payment

WHEN AND HOW DO YOU SEND PAYMENT?

We will send payment for all appointments had that month, on the last Thursday of the month. We pay through Zelle Pay, a peer to peer instant payment service that works with most banks out there.

Scheduling and Booking

CAN I CHANGE MY AVAILABILITY DATES?

Yes! So long as no one is booked already, you can adjust your dates as often as you need.

I NEED TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT. WHAT DO I DO?

You are able to do this through the booking confirmation email that was sent to you, at the bottom of the email. This will automatically notify the person that the appointment has been cancelled. We recommend reaching out to them to let them know why you have cancelled, and encourage them to reschedule through your unique booking page.
