Sliding Scale As An Intuitive Business Practice
Episode Description
Can using a sliding-scale model in your business help you practice abundance? We think so, and that's why we decided to try it. Joining Michelle on the pod today is Thais Francis (she/her/king), our Head Of Member Success. At the beginning of 2020, we embarked on an experiment to open up our private member's community, The North Node, to a sliding scale model. Thais and Michelle meditate on this decision, its challenges and successes, and what Holisticism's sliding scale model will look like in 2021. Join the convo as we aim to practice what we teach, and flow abundantly into the new year.
One of the things that I'm really excited about is putting the onus back on members and seeing them rise to the occasion. When members go up or they change their tier and say "I believe in what you're providing,” I can say, "thank you for doing this. You're making this more accessible, and it's a reminder that this is bigger than us." — Thais Francis
Our private member's group The North Node re-opens at the end of December! Sign up for the waitlist here 🌓
