It's just really about guiding the person back to looking within themselves because they have everything that they need to get the answers. They just need some guidance. And that's why it's important to feel connected and have that sense of belonging because we're not meant to do life as one individual. We're a blended connected large community. – Lee Mae Spence

Birth and death are part of life. When there's death or loss there's an opportunity for a rebirth. I feel like our experiences as humans are to evolve and ebb and flow and be fluid and dynamic and to be able to adapt. - Lee Mae Spence

For women and those that have their have periods, we have a rebirth and death every month. It's just so cool how our bodies just automatically do that and let us know. They give us cues throughout our cycle to let us know when we to pump the brakes, be extroverted, and then also go inwards and really listen. - Lee Mae Spence

I've been doing a lot of shadow work and when I look at myself in the mirror, I'm showing so much more compassion to myself because I'm able to honor all areas and facets of, and phases of myself. It's just so cool to look and reflect and be like, yeah I wasn't the same person as I was like two weeks ago, you're a bit more forgiving. – Lee Mae Spence

Coming from a place of love because everything has spirit and we as human beings have spirit, our emotions have spirit. So when you come from a place of love the intention of where you're coming from is just so powerful. When you give thanks, or your gratitude...coming from a place of love is just so much more powerful than coming from a place of anger. - Lee Mae Spence
