[00:02:21] Today’s topic is about “Technomancy”
[00:05:25] No one's commenting and no one's buying, but I still show up. - Michelle
[00:06:16] I've been doing this for 15 years and then slowly society started to open up about ideas on mysticism and witchcraft
[00:10:00] People's Instagram numbers do not equate to their bank account.
[00:13:03] I have some sovereignty in the situation, and part of it is just letting go. What is supposed to happen is going to happen. - Michelle
[00:14:00] We need to let go of control. We need to accept the fact that in reality, there is nothing but chaos. And sometimes those things can be predicted. They could be thought out; you can navigate them.
[00:16:50] The term “Technomancy” came from Lisa Stardust
[00:19:17] People are starting to get drained by spending so much time on social media, so they're pulling themselves out
[00:20:53] My business is called Olde Ways because none of it is new. We are bringing it into the new space or creating our new realities with it --- but it's not new. - Michael
[00:24:02] Racism is not an accident. Abuse is not an accident.
[00:26:28] The internet is eternal. It's a timestamp. - Michael
[00:27:27] I don't want to be consciously or subconsciously influenced by anything
[00:27:57] Michael has a background in energetic healing. He used to do group healings.
[00:33:49] When necessary, if someone is stealing my identity and taking people's money (Michael), you absolutely need to protect yourself (Michelle).
[00:34:08] Spiritual protection is really important, so is practical material protection
[00:35:38] PopSockets started selling crystals. Now there's crystal energy on the phone and it's for protection, and also helps with creativity and intuition.
[00:36:01] Sometimes I feel like the energy is toxic, so I'll use the protection oil. - Michae
[00:39:11] The better your copy is, the more clear it is, the easier it is to understand. And you have a clear intention – we call it a call to action.
[00:39:49] Many astrologers say, millionaires don't believe in astrology, billionaires do
[00:44:43] If you say no to something, something else that is correct for you will come your way.
[00:50:41] When you stop worrying about it, that's when money starts to make sense to you. – Michelle
[00:50:50] Michelle was ready to quit dating, that’s when she met her partner, who also was prepared to be single forever at that moment.
[00:52:00] When Michael met his partner, they were both single for five years.
[00:52:53] The importance of not obsessing over it, is because we tend to obsess with thoughts that aren't productive, and they're not going to help us.

I was in the newspaper when I was in elementary school for getting kicked out of the fifth grade for bringing a book about witchcraft to school. - Michael Cardenas
I ask people, if everything that you want manifested tomorrow, would you be ready for it? A lot of people say, no. Start living life intentionally, like you're gonna go do it tomorrow. - Michael Cardenas
You can't do anything if you don't do something first. - Michael Cardenas
The realm of witchcraft is also an intuitive realm. It correlates. That's how you navigate it all. There is information you should know. There are definitely guidelines that you should take seriously because it teaches you how to navigate the realm. Just like you need a map. - Michael Cardenas

[00:00:26] In this episode, Michael talks about his experience growing up, his lineage and ancestry, and how there's magic in every culture. How he studied witchcraft in his ancestral line and following guidelines when navigating intuitive realms, the pros, and cons of writing books, and the state of the publishing industry
[00:02:38] You can do anything, but you can't do everything. You have to be directed with your energy. – from the book Essentialism

[00:09:00] One step at a time. We don't have to have our whole lives figured out. Even if you're a psychic, even with magic on your side, we just don't know what tomorrow brings. - Michelle
[00:09:21] You never know what the outcome is going to be. You can't predict it.
[00:10:05] If everything that you wanted would manifest tomorrow, would you be ready for it?
[00:11:18] Michael was also doing crystal healing work. He was forbidden from saying the word “witch” or wearing black.
[00:13:10] Michael was given the opportunity to be on local radio shows in Los Angeles and he didn't do it because of fear.
[00:13:36] For a lot of people, the idea of success is really alienating because so many of our friendships and relationships thrive on not having.
[00:15:02] Michael was almost kicked out of school during his 5th grade, for bringing a book about witchcraft and influencing his peers.
[00:16:01] “…the principal telling me that I was going to go to hell for doing witchcraft. I was like, that's not what we're doing. We don't believe in the devil. And he's like, don't talk back to me.” - Michael
[00:16:19] Carried on to middle school, there were boys trying to fight Michael for being a witch and being gay.
[00:17:10] To Michael, being alone and not being able to connect to people scared him more than someone trying to beat him up.
[00:23:01] It was all trial and error, but I just trusted and was very free-spirited and went with it. - Michael
[00:27:00] Michael shared a story about his grandmother who was sick, and what he did which made her feel better the next day.
[00:28:18] You can't tell someone that they did something wrong when they're just going from instinct
[00:32:15] You have access right now to publish anything you want to millions of people and still get paid for it
[00:34:11] Michael is no longer afraid that the opportunity is not going to be present.
[00:42:22] Michael does spell work every day. “I have to salute. I have to say, good morning to the ancestors.” – Michael
[00:44:30] It's a relationship. You can't just call when you want something.
[00:46:32] Part of that is sitting back and shutting up and listening and asking to be taught.
