It’s the gap between who I want to be and who I am that facilitates burnout, what’s important to me. And in so many ways, I had betrayed a lot of my values by overworking, by not having maybe great communication or being moved to help people and then working myself into the ground where I couldn’t help people that I wanted to. It was when I understood that, that I was able to come out of the burnout.”
